3. Happiness is in your control
Unfortunately, most people think that their happiness depends only on the environment, other people, luck… etc. – from everyone else except ourselves.
Here, too, the 80:20 rule applies. Only 20 percent depends on all the external factors we can’t control. For eighty percent, we are responsible for it. You can imagine. Eighty percent of my happiness is in my hands. Woo-hoo!!
In all happiness, the most important thing is our mindset, what habits we have, and how we decide to live our lives. Of course, bad situations come. For example, if someone close to us dies. Yes, they are no longer in this form as we have known them for years. He went into another form, and we will meet him again.
It is interesting that some people do not mourn death but celebrate it. Perhaps one of the world’s most famous celebrations of the dead is the Mexican “Día de Los Muertos.” Every expression of emotion depends on our mindset.
I believe that this is a constant circle when we live – we die – we live …. It’s a law of our dear mother nature, and this is how it works.
We must be present at this moment and live it to the fullest. We are doing positive work, and we are fighting for a better tomorrow every day. Life will always be a struggle, but it is on US how we will feel in a moment.
