8. Take time for sleep
Many people have a problem with this recommendation—me, too :). I try, but it doesn’t always work out. All the time there is something enjoyable to do. And I often forget about the time:). Life is short, and there are so many things I still have to get done in my life. To sleep and lose time? Is it possible to get a prescription? With a pill :). You take one medicine, and your sleep boost is full? A little joke. Let’s move on.
Our society also strives to sleep as little as possible and to be as active as possible. But !!! Sleep is an essential task in our lives. Why is it a task for me? Because if it were possible I wouldn’t do it at all, but unfortunately it is necessary.
Most adults need somewhere 7-8 hours of sleep per day. If you are yawning during the day or struggling with a nap all day, you need rest. And if that happens, do it. After all, this condition doesn’t help your productivity or enjoyment at all. If you take for 20-60 minutes nap, there will be no wasted time. After resting, productivity or pleasure will be 100 +% higher, and you will make up for it in the next hour.
What can lack of sleep cause to our body and soul?
Memory Issues Mood ChangesWeakened immunityRisk for diabetesLow sex driveTrouble with thinking and concentrationAccidentsHigh blood pressureWeight gainPoor balance
Risk of heart disease …..
There is too much of everything, and there is nothing to joke about sleep time.
You NEED IT.
The human body and soul need sleep, so we need to give it to our body and soul to live fuller and happier lives.
Suppose you see that you are sleepy and even though it is in the middle of the day when it is the busiest time. Take a short nap. You will help yourself and the people around you.
