2. Take care of your body
Because your body is
your vehicle of your soul,
the vehicle of your brain and
represents your form in this moment and time.
Just like the brain, the body needs constant exercise
to stay ready for when we need it.
Even if it’s just getting out of bed.
You don’t have to devote a lot of time
to this. You don’t even have to walk to
the fitness studio and pay for it.
Already 15-30 minutes a day dedicated
to this task, and you will achieve the desired effect.
The most simple and very effective is a walk
in nature. Green, trees, a stream…
these are balms for soul and body.
Finally, to be a little more scientific
about why your body needs exercise
and what you get out of it:
– reduce depression
– improve heart health
– improve mental health
– increase happiness and well-being
(causes your brain to release feel-good endorphins)
– you will look better
– have more energy …..
I hope I have encouraged someone to take 15-30 minutes
a day for exercise and improve your life.
